UiTM Dengkil
THE CONTINUOUS JOURNEY

Now, let's talk about UiTM Dengkil. It was not my first time arriving in Dengkil when I moved in here. A few years ago when I was in form 2, I represented my school as a helper for a debate competition that was held at this campus. I never thought that I would come back here and become an Asasi student. Personally, I was not happy with the condition of my new room here in Dengkil. It was totally different from what I experienced in Puncak Alam. Nevertheless, I decorated my room and felt better. The actual downside was my room. I could say it was haunted. I wanted to change my room but had to go through some procedures so I decided to go home and continue my online distance learning from home. I could not stand being awake until 3 a.m. with no roommate and had to comfort myself alone. I even texted my classmates during that time. In my house, there were only 2 people including myself. My housemate had a test the next day so I did not want to disturb her. I truly hope that I can change my room for semester 2.

On the bright side, being with my friends made me feel better about Dengkil. I had good company of my friends. I was always excited to see them. My classmates were the best and I could never replace them with any other bunch of people. Also due to lockdown, I spent most of my time at home rather than in campus. I hope to come back for semester 2 and create more beautiful memories with my friends.

Despite having a haunted room, my housemates were wonderful people and they took care of me well. I miss Mayrionn, Hani and Anis a lot. I wish I could meet them again in the future.

While I was in Dengkil, I got the chance to study at the library which was known as PTAR. The atmosphere was different from PTAR in Puncak Alam but I found a conducive spot to study on level 3.

Born wild and free.
